I Assume that it is issues one runs into while dealing with their offenders on case load. I figured someone would have posted by now. Hope the paper isn’t already due =/

I have this paper to do about management issues in probation/parole agencies, but I don’t have a clue what that’s about. Can someone give me some ideas to steer me in the right direction? Then I’ll be able to figure out what chapter of my textbook focuses on this (I don’t want to be reading through everything and then not even be close to the topic) and have an idea of what I should be looking for when doing research.
