ODRC! I know that one, lol. I believe they called me back with a hire date about a two or three months after I took the test. But that was a few years back and they had just lifted a hiring freeze at the time. I know they have been slow hiring lately though. After the test they called me for an interview (generally done at one of the institutions in the region you applied for), then eventually I got a call with a hire date. You’ll be asked to report to the institution they accept you at for the first week before they send you to the academy. You’ll do four weeks at the academy and then generally two weeks of on-the-job training before you are put onto a shift. Good Luck. |

depends on where you’re at every department is different. Each state has their own process. |

how long dose it usally take to hear if u have been selected for the job? took all my testing and passed it, back in october. just waiting for the call to go to the acadamey. last i heard, the next group going to acadamey, is going down after the first of the year. guess im just getting nervous not knowing if i got the job or not. |
