After 7 years, I would expect that the OP has already found the answer to his question, especially since he is an investigator now. The only source for the Coveralls described that I could find was in the Washington State Department of Corrections Correctional Industries Catalog.

Dry Cell Suit Item # 4995 sizes S-6XL $50.00 each.

First, let me explain what Dry-Cell Coveralls are according to WADOC. They are coveralls inmates are placed in when they are suspected of consuming or smuggling contraband in one or more body orifices. The coveralls have feet, zip up and lock in the back (allowing only staff access) and slots in the arm sleeves where flex-cuffs are applied and tightened down.

I am trying to locate a manufacturer of this kind of coverall. I know there are prisons/jails around the Country that must use them or something like it. Does anyone have any suggestions or contact info?
